Vacancy for the position of Assistant Director (Legal) at the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), a statutory corporation under the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India. This is a direct recruitment opportunity for a regular position.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law and enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council.
- Experience: 2 years of post-qualification experience in legal/financial documentation, mortgages, guarantees, hypothecation, recovery suits/claims, and litigation in different Courts of Law/Tribunals, preferably in banks/financial institutions.
- Desirable: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in recovery-related matters, including the SARFAESI Act.
- Age Limit: 30 Years
