About Lawctopus
Lawctopus is a 15-year old online media and ed-tech company focussed on the legal industry. Every month 4 lakh law students and young lawyers read Lawctopus for their career growth. Every year nearly 2500 learners do our practical courses.
We have been featured in India Today, Economic Times, TEDx, won BW Legal 40 under 40 and 30 under 30 awards. Lawctopus Law School was also shortlisted for the prestigious Agami Prize and has recently been selected for the 10-month long Stanford Seed Program which supports growth of organisations from South Asia doing revenues of USD 300,000-15 million.
We are a 25 people strong, 100% remote organisation which values care, learning, action, and accountability. Our work is organized, disciplined, and performance-oriented. We are currently scaling and our revenues have increased 2x versus the last financial year.

Responsibilities
- Guide legal professionals and senior law students in choosing the right law programs
- Understand learners’ aspirations, career goals, and challenges, and recommend the most suitable course.
- Build trust-based relationships over phone, WhatsApp, and Zoom calls.
- Systematically follow up with interested leads (via calls, WhatsApp, and email) to support them in their decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, pipeline, and admissions using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets while ensuring a positive student experience.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of proven experience in counselling, admissions, or education sales.
- A back-ground in law is preferable
- Strong consultative communication skills: ability to listen, empathize, and guide.
- Excellent relationship-building and persuasion skills (English + Hindi preferred).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary
- ₹40,000–90,000 (plus incentives)
- Note: This position requires pitching premium courses. A very healthy sales commission ranging between ₹30,000 to 1,30,000 can be earned by top salespeople.
