Eligibility Criteria & Required Experience
To be considered for the Legal Consultant position, applicants must meet the following specific academic and professional requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Law Graduate (LLB) from a recognized Institute or University with a minimum of 50% marks.
- General Legal Experience: A minimum of 02 years of legal work experience practicing in various courts, or working within Government / Quasi-Judicial bodies (including Tribunals).
- Mandatory Specialized Experience: Out of the total experience, candidates must possess at least 01 year of mandatory experience specifically dealing with MSME disputes, arbitration, and mediation matters.
- Required Skills: * Excellent legal drafting skills.
- Proficiency in English and the local language (Punjabi).
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
