The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has released an official Corrigendum regarding the recruitment of Superintendent (Legal) Group-B in the Law and Legislative Department, Haryana.
Originally published under Advt. No. 01/2025 for 03 General/Unreserved vacancies, the Commission has now received a requisition for an additional post. Consequently, HPSC has officially re-opened the online application portal, allowing fresh candidates to apply and existing candidates to update their categories.

Important Instructions for Applicants
The Commission has laid out specific guidelines for different categories of applicants during this re-opened window:
- For Fresh Candidates: Fresh candidates who missed the previous deadline can now apply for these posts. The cut-off date for determining eligibility, educational qualifications, age limit, and reservation claims for fresh applicants is 02.06.2026.
- For Previously Applied Candidates: Candidates who have already successfully submitted their applications against Advt. No. 01/2025 do not need to apply again.
- For Category Updates: Haryana candidates belonging to the BC(A) (Non-Creamy Layer) category who previously applied under the General category now have the option to change and update their category. They must upload a valid category certificate during this window.
Crucial Notice Regarding BC-A Certificates
Candidates claiming reservation under the BC-A (Non-Creamy Layer) category must ensure their certificate complies with the latest government instructions.
Issuance Date: The BC-A (NCL) certificate must be freshly issued after 01.04.2026 and up to the closing date, i.e., 02.06.2026.
