Eligibility Criteria & Experience
To be eligible for the Legal YP position at the National Financial Reporting Authority, candidates must meet the following strict parameters:
- Educational Qualification: A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) OR an Integrated 5-Year Law Degree (B.A. LL.B.).
- Experience Requirement: A minimum of 01 year of post-qualification experience in handling legal matters.
- Preferred Experience: Strong preference will be given to candidates who have prior exposure to Corporate Law, the Companies Act, or experience working with regulatory bodies/tribunals.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be below 32 years of age as of the last date of receipt of the application.
Selection Process
Depending on the volume of eligible applications, NFRA will finalize selections through:
- Written Assessment Test (to gauge knowledge of corporate statutes and drafting skills) AND/OR
- Personal Interview / Interaction with the screening committee.
