Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these legal positions, candidates must fulfill the specific academic and experiential parameters established by the Central Silk Board:
1. Young Professional Grade-2
- Educational Qualification:
- A regular 3-year LL.B. degree after graduation OR a 5-year integrated law degree, entitling the candidate to registration at the Bar, with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
- Alternatively, an LL.M. degree with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a UGC-recognized university.
- Experience: Fresher / Entry-level (No specific experience mentioned, but strong academic and drafting skills are required).
- Key Skills: Proficiency in computer operations, English and Hindi legal drafting, and strong analytical skills to manage multiple legal files simultaneously.
2. Young Professional Grade-3
- Educational Qualification:
- A regular 3-year LL.B. degree (minimum 60% marks) OR an LL.M. degree (minimum 55% marks) from a recognized university.
- Post-Qualification Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Legal Practitioner OR experience in legal work in a Central/State Government Department, PSU, or private organization.
- Maximum Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
- Key Skills: High proficiency in English and Hindi drafting, computer operations, and advanced legal analytical skills.
