Eligibility Criteria & Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet the following strict educational and professional criteria to be eligible:
1. Legal Consultant
- Educational Qualification: An LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year integrated course) from a BCI-approved institute with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Experience Required: A minimum of 03 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in the legal division of a Government entity, PSU, registered company, or a reputed law firm handling commercial documents and contracts is highly preferred.
2. Real Estate Legal Consultant
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Experience Required: A minimum of 07 years of post-qualification experience actively handling land, revenue, and immovable property-related matters.
Age Limit & Nationality (For Both Posts):
- Maximum Age: 32 years as on the last date of application.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Selection Process
BSNL will adopt a straightforward evaluation process:
- Screening: Initial shortlisting of applications by a Screening Committee based on eligibility and relevant experience.
- Interview / Interaction: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview/interaction to assess their legal acumen and suitability.
