Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA), Amaravati is inviting online applications for the position of Assistant Manager (Legal).A total of four vacancies are available on a contract basis.
Eligibility & Qualification
Candidates should meet the following essential educational and experience requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed institution.
- A minimum of five years of post-qualification legal experience.

Required Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of Public Administration laws.
- Land laws, including the AP CRDA Act, 2014, Land Pooling Scheme, Transfer of Property Act, Assignment Rules, and Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (RFCTLARR Act, 2013).
- Companies Act, 2013.
- Indian Contract Act and Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Public Procurement Rules and General Finance Rules.
- Labour Laws.
- Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
- Environmental Laws and the Civil Procedure Code.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in project development, infrastructure, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP)/concession matters of a development or infrastructure authority is highly desirable.
