About the Job Profile
- Manager (Law): Responsible for managing legal proceedings, drafting and vetting contracts, land acquisition matters, arbitration, regulatory compliance, and liaising with legal counsels across AAI airports and regional offices.
- Junior Executive (Law): Assists in legal research, contract vetting, case management, regulatory filings, and handling everyday legal affairs of the authority.

Eligibility Criteria
- Manager (Law):
- Educational Qualification: Professional Degree in Law (3-year LLB after graduation OR 5-year Integrated Law Degree) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in the executive cadre in the relevant field.
- Age Limit: Maximum 32 years (as on 07.09.2026).
- Junior Executive (Law):
- Educational Qualification: Professional Degree in Law (3-year LLB after graduation OR 5-year Integrated Law Degree) from a recognized university.
- Experience:Nil (Freshers are eligible to apply).
- Age Limit: Maximum 27 years (as on 07.09.2026).
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, OBC (NCL) candidates get 3 years, and PwBD candidates get 10 years of age relaxation as per Government of India rules.
Pay Scale & Compensation
- Manager (Law) [Grade E-3]: ₹60,000 – 3% – ₹1,80,000
- Junior Executive (Law) [Grade E-1]: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000
- Benefits: Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (DA), Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Medical Benefits, and Performance Related Pay (PRP) as per AAI rules.
Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective-type written examination.
- Application Verification / Document Verification / Interview: Shortlisted candidates based on CBT performance will be called for document verification and interview (where applicable).
